Some time back, I wrote a review on Proporta’s Shine case for the iPhone 3G/3GS – beautiful girlie case. Now I’m back to look at the new Shine case for the iPhone 4. Updated slightly, the design now has a band to keep the case closed (or open), and is available in three colours: black, red, and blue for $36.95. Proporta has long been one of my favorite companies for cases. Their Shine case for the iPhone is unique and beautiful. I had the opportunity to look at four of their offerings for the iPad, and I must say – they are fabulous. Proporta has a great lineup of accessories. Some of them are really unique, so when they offered to send me the new Shine case to review, I jumped at the chance. I don’t particularly care for leather cases. The sides typically come up impeding the swiping motion, necessary to move from page to page when using the iPhone.
