Yesterday, AT&T put to rest rumors about their policy on unlimited data capping, and announced that throttling was a very real possibility. For the top 5% of data users. To those of you who are outraged by this, I say "seriously? Maybe you need to get a life." While perusing my favorite forums the other day, I noticed that Ascendo had a new version of Data Vault out for the iPhone. I had never heard of Ascendo, so I went straight to the source. I have always used programs like Data Vault, from Splash ID to eWallet, so I was anxious to compare.
