Yea, we can see the icon on there for "classic." Seems to suggest it will run apps not tied to the phone or calendar...so it will run games? What's the point?

I'm just not even excited about the Pre.

But it wouldn't run the (here she goes again) productivity tools that made Palm great - like Takephone.

Well TakePhone, as great as it is, will probably not be needed as most of functionality is already built in the OS, unified contact search, messagin, internet search, etc..

The main thing behind the emulator is the fact that it cannot be a widget, meaning there might be another SDK for more serious developers out there.
