• RUU (ROM Update Utility) with ICS leaked for Evo 3D.  Safer than flashing an img file, but still not the official release
• Sprint sends a free case to some Evo LTE purchasers along with an apology letter for the delays
• Motorola apparently intends to release a new UI with ICS (no more MotoBlur)

• windows phone fragmentation? tango not running many apps! skype but also several others
• windows 8 (not RT, for atom x86 processor not for ARM) tablet specs from Dell leaked (stylus optional? does it mean no digitizer pen?):
