One of my last appointments at the 2011 CTIA was with BodyGuardz. No longer just screen protectors, they have an assortment of cases and bumpers (siders) in colours for every taste, and a new carbon fibre skin for the back/sides of your device that makes it look awesome!

Take a look at these videos, as we get a product walkthrough, and then see a) a perfectly good phone take a beating with an electric sander, and b) how simple it is for someone (other than me!) to install a skin.
