Android Flooding the market with devices – the next best thing is always a month (or two away) – the good, the bad, the ugly (cousins got Samsung Moment)
Everyone I know is getting Android – is AT&T the only carrier to not have any Android devices?

- LOL! Moto Backflip is an Android phone – albeit a crippled one, but one nonetheless.
Wait! You mean the Backflip is a real phone?????
Speaking of Android – So much for the internet sales of the N1.  The Failed experiment.

IPS (used in iPad)

IPS – in-plane switching…. the liquid crystals are aligned horizontally instead of on an angle. This procress greatly increases vertical viewing angles. When coupled with the high brightness and contrast of the glaretype displays, color reproduction is almost perfect. Basically it becomes a 1/4″ professional graphics flat CRT monitor…. which is why the display is primarily for those in professional graphics.
& FFS (Fringe Field Switching)  (HTC Hero)
which enables a wider viewing angle and clearer visual quality in sunlight, Apple is aiming to improve the handset’s e-book reader features and promote its iBooks Store. HTC’s     Hero smartphone has already adopted this technology.


Screen supposedly thinner which allows for a 33% increase in the size of the iPhone battery – and boy do we need that!

Sprint EVO (will the curse of Sprint – ahem Palm Pre – affect this device)  - the 4g use tax?  Even if you don’t have it in a city near you?
